Na momonitor din lahat ng transactions wherein yung gusto ng mga Directors ng Coop. Tapos kahit medyo nangangapa pa akong gamitin nung una, napakabilis naman din mag response ng team niyo para e accommodate ako.

Walang hassle kahit brownout at kahit saan ka mapunta makaka issue ka compared sa isapcocas na ang daming papel, hassle e print tapos madaling ma gusot at ang bagal pa. Kaya nagpapasalamat kami sa CLIMBS InsurTech App.

Salamat sa pag assist at pagturo kung paano gamitin ang InsurTech App, mas namomonitor ko ang sales kahit saan, pwede maka authenticate tapos ang policy ay ma send na sa email ng client so mas less ang expense namin dahil paperless na siya. Ang advantage ay hindi na kailangan ng policy or mag request pa ako sa inyo ng COC, automatic na nag iissue ng COC at Policy. Hindi na hassle sa aming mga CACs kahit nasa field kami ay makakapag issue kami ng Policy sa client or kahit manghingi lang sila ng quotation sa kanilang Standard Fire Insurance or Comprehensive insurance, screenshot lang tapos pwede na e send sa messenger. As we experienced the new app of CLIMBS which is the INSURTECH APP, it is more easier to us to transact CTPL products 'coz we don't need to have any forms in our hands unlike before that we can't transact unless we have the policy and COC issued from CLIMBS office. Now, we just simply fill all the details required on the app and then the COC will automatically be authenticated, in short hassle free talaga and InsurTech at on the go anytime basta may internet!! Pero okay naman kahit mahina ang net makapagtransact naman kami 'coz Sir Merboy is always ready to assist us para makapag issue kami ng policy using the INSURTECH APP. It just make our transactions smooth and less hassle compared to the old practice with the help of this App. Great work to CLIMBS! Indeed a convenient way and friendly-user app!

Thank you for accommodating all our request regarding to the newest application called INSURTECH. Convenient to use, tapos ang napakaganda ay 'di mo na kailangan pumasok sa ibang link para mag encode ulit pagkatapos mong mag authenticate, dito diritso na sa email ang response ng INSURTECH para makapag print ng assigned policy; at agad may collection report na din para sa issued policies, ang disadvantage lang minsan ay hindi agad nag authenticate at first try namin siguro dahil sa signal, pero ngayon mabilis na, tapos ang app ay 'di mo ma buksan or ma edit yung information ng insured member kung sakaling magkamali ka sa pangalan or etc., yan lang ang disadvantage ng nakita namin. Unang gamit ko ng insuretech medyo nagkaroon ako ng problema kasi siguro sa connection lang kasi matagal pag authenticate hindi ko alam kung ano reason. Pero nung sunod na paggamit ko fault ko na kasi mali ang email ko. Pero dahil sa napakabilis ng response sakin ng mga person na contact ko sa CAC especially Ma’am Lette, na sosolve ko po yung mga na encounter ko problema. Nakakatuwa lang kasi sa totoo lang easy lang, mas madali talaga gamitin yung App. Diretso authenticate na kasi at yung policy ok na din kuha agad kasi diretso sa email na. Sana maging available na lahat ng product sa App. Hopefully madami na po ako mabenta.
