On December 15, 2020, CLIMBS held its first virtual year-end recollection and was joined by 217 participants of both its employees and subsidiaries. The said event was facilitated by an insightful, funny, motivational, multi-talented and multi-faceted rocker-preacher who is an absolute favorite among schools, companies, public institutions, and religious groups, Bro. Alvin Barcelona.

This year, we experienced a global crisis, the COVID 19 pandemic. It has led to a dramatic loss of human life worldwide and presents an unprecedented challenge to public health, food systems and the world of work.

Although, pandemic did not only give negative impact on our lives, but it has also positively impacted the way we emote and maintain relationships. We get to spend our time with our family and plan our work better. Which helps us build a better future for both our work and family.

Though 2020 upended many of our plans, that couldn’t stop God’s miraculous activity throughout the world. There are still reasons to have hope for the future. We can trust that our sovereign God hasn’t stopped working. As what Bro. Alvin said, we have to Relearn, Adjust, Rebuild, and Adapt ourselves to the new normal and finish strong this 2020.

On the following day, December 16, 2020, CLIMBS also held its first virtual Sales Bootcamp, attended by 73 CLIMBS Sales Managers with the guest Speaker, Mr. Junuario Aliwalas who imparted his expertise on online selling. The main objective of the bootcamp is to learn how to embrace the new normal selling – the digital platform, and instill the importance of being an effective and efficient sales consultant. Mr. Aliwalas stressed out the importance of clients’ trust: by listening actively, by being agile and by assuming that it will be successful.

It is with our highest hope to help many Filipinos prepare for uncertain future. As long as we work smart and take good care of our clients, CLIMBS will achieve its goal – to insure 20 million lives in 2024.
