On April 25, 2023, Following the Sales Awards Night, CLIMBS Sales Professionals held a sales planning meeting at the Mallberry Business Suite and Hotel. They had developed strategic plans and defined their vision for 2023. They established a timeline for achieving those objectives. It will help them with productivity and performance, effectiveness and efficiency, shorter lead times, increased profitability, and better customer service and goals.
On the same day, they had a trainers’ training on life and non-life underwriting and claims processes. They also signed a pledge to improve collaboration, sales tactics, and best practices for the year 2023.
